Baked Tomatoes with Mozzarella and Parmesan are the easiest appetizer or side dish you could make. I absolutely love the simple flavors of tomato, mozzarella, and basil (as you can probably tell by the many caprese inspired recipes on this site).
Baked Tomatoes with Mozzarella and Parmesan ,

Servings: 4 Servings
• 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
• 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
• 1/2 cup fresh basil chopped
• olive oil
• 2.Place tomato slices on a parchment lined baking sheet
• 3.Top each tomato with a layer or parmesan and then a layer or mozzarella
• 4.Sprinkle the chopped basil on top of each tomato
• 5.Drizzle lightly with olive oil
• 6.Bake for 8-10 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly
• 7.Turn off oven and broil for 2-3 minutes to brown the cheese
• 8.Serve immediately. Enjoy!

• 4 roma tomatoes sliced• 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
• 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
• 1/2 cup fresh basil chopped
• olive oil

• 1.Preheat oven to 400F• 2.Place tomato slices on a parchment lined baking sheet
• 3.Top each tomato with a layer or parmesan and then a layer or mozzarella
• 4.Sprinkle the chopped basil on top of each tomato
